Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 2026
1. Zero Logs Policy
At EarlyProxy, your privacy is our core infrastructure feature. We adhere to a strict Zero Logs Policy for all network traffic routed through our system.
This means we DO NOT monitor, record, log, store, or pass to any third party your browsing history, data destinations, data content, or DNS queries generated while connected to our proxy nodes.
Once your proxy session timer expires, all session credentials and routing rules are permanently purged from the RAM of our edge servers instantly.
2. Information We Collect
To provide our services, prevent abuse, and manage your quota, we only collect the bare minimum account-related data required for system operation:
-
Account Data: Full name, system username, and email address provided during your initial clearance registration.
-
Authentication Data: Cryptographically hashed passwords. We cannot see your raw passphrase.
-
Quota Metrics: IP balance, active node status, and historical code redemption logs strictly for billing verification.
3. Local Storage & Tracking
We use Local Storage (web API) strictly for functional application purposes. We store a session object locally on your browser so you do not have to re-authenticate every time you refresh the gateway dashboard.
We guarantee that we DO NOT deploy third-party tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or ad-retargeting scripts on our platform.
4. Third-Party Sharing
Your data is yours. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Your account data remains heavily encrypted and strictly isolated within our secure database infrastructure (Supabase).
5. Data Security Measures
We implement military-grade security measures to maintain the safety of your data. All network traffic between your client dashboard and our database/nodes is encrypted via strict SSL/TLS. Our backend APIs utilize advanced Rate Limiting and HTTP Helmet headers to aggressively prevent brute-force attacks and network scanning.
