Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the EarlyProxy infrastructure and gateway dashboard, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using our proxy network and services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our high-speed proxy nodes are engineered for legitimate business use cases such as secure data extraction, SEO monitoring, automated testing, and privacy protection. You agree NOT to use the network for:

DDoS attacks, network flooding, or spamming campaigns.
Carding, financial fraud, or unauthorized access to bank institutions.
Distribution of malware, ransomware, or illegal explicit material.
Phishing or identity theft operations.

WARNING: Violation of this AUP will result in immediate network ban, node disconnection, and account termination without refund.

3. Quota, Billing, and Refunds

Proxy deployment quota is purchased exclusively via manual transaction through our official Telegram administration (@mhmdszuli). By purchasing a redeem code, you acknowledge that:

  • All transactions are final and non-refundable once the 12-digit code has been successfully generated and delivered.
  • 1 IP Quota equals the ability to deploy 1 proxy node for the duration specified in the dashboard (maximum 60 minutes per session).
  • Quota balances do not expire and will remain safely encrypted in your account database indefinitely.

4. Service Availability & Uptime

We strive to provide a 99.9% uptime SLA for our core server nodes. However, the EarlyProxy gateway is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the absolute right to perform scheduled maintenance, update routing tables, or remove specific datacenter locations to ensure network health without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EarlyProxy, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use of the proxy network. You are solely responsible for the actions you perform using our IP addresses and domains.
